Hi,

I made some scratches on my stainless steel coated fridge. I bought a scratch be gone but unfortunately it is not for coated surfaces.

Any other recommendation is highly appreciated. Images attached herewith.

Re: coated stainless steel scratches

Hello @viha

I suggest having a look at Bar Keepers Friend 595g Cleanser & Polish Powder. It is a multipurpose cleanser for chrome, stainless steel, porcelain, tile, ceramic and fiberglass surfaces. It is a premium household cleanser. With a non-bleach formula, it's recommended for cleaning stainless steel cookware and sinks, glass and ceramic cooktops, solid surface countertops, porcelain and acrylic bathtubs and more.

My best advice is to test on a small corner of your fridge that is away from direct observation to make sure thta it is compatible.

Please make sure to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when working on your project.

If you have any other questions, we can help with, please let us know.

Re: coated stainless steel scratches

Hello @viha

I suggest giving the Bar Keepers Friend 595g Cleanser & Polish Powder a try to see if it will lessen the visual presence of the scratches. If not, I suggest engaging the services of a steel surface restoration specialist to fix your fridge scratches.
