How to fix stuck Kaboodle blind corner cabinet hinges?

I have installed the blind corner cabinet hinges but they are stuck in line with the door and will not move at all, ie to open or close

Re: How to fix stuck Kaboodle blind corner cabinet hinges?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @km2222. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Kaboodle hinges.

It sounds like your hinges may just need to be fully mounted to the cabinet carcass before they function properly. Blind corner cabinet hinges are designed so that once the door is attached and you start opening and closing it, the leverage makes them operate smoothly. If you’re just trying to move the hinge by hand before it’s attached to the carcass, it can feel very stiff or even stuck.

However, if the hinge still doesn’t move at all once it’s properly installed on the cabinet, it may be faulty. In that case, it’s best to either return it to the store for a replacement or contact Kaboodle directly to request a replacement part.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
