Issue with installing the Cefito under-sink 2*20l bin due to the pipe with a hose; please see image 2. How can the issue be fixed? Should I remove the tap and move it to the left side, or can it be fixed without moving the tap?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
Unfortunately, due to the constraints of the space, the only way you could install this bin in this location is to have a plumber move the tap for you.
Is there possibly somewhere else in the cabinet that the bin could be installed?
