How to install Kaboodle slimline door lift mechanism?

Hello,
I have installed a Kaboodle kitchen, but stuck on the slimline cabinet door and fitting the lift mechanism.

Managed to install the main peice on the cabinet, but cannot understand the instructions for the door peices.
I need to mark and drill the holes, but the instructions don't make sense to me. #4 of the instructions.
Cannot find anything online either video or pdf to assist.

Re: Kaboodle slimline door lift mechanism installation

Hello @Lydiatattoo

I've broken down the steps on where to place the line guides for the door brackets. It should help you place the pilot holes in the correct position. My best advice is to practice with a timber off cut or panel that is at least the same width as the slimline door panel. One you've done one side repeat the process for the other side. Please practice as much as possible before you commit to drilling into the actual door.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Re: Kaboodle slimline door lift mechanism installation

Hi Mitch,
I am also looking to find instructions on adjusting the wall corner cabinet hinges.
I have looked everywhere for more details on what screw relates to what movement, considering there are 2 different hinges on the corner wall cabinet.
Can you help?

Re: Kaboodle slimline door lift mechanism installation

Hi @Lydiatattoo,

The back screw is used to lock the hinge in position and for major in/out adjustment. The front screw is used for minor left/right adjustments. So, if the door won't open as it's getting stuck against the cabinet, or if there is a large gap between the door and the cabinet, you would undo the back screw and pull or push the door in or out to correct. If the door is misaligned on the cabinet or hitting the door next to it, or you need to make minor adjustments undo the back screw and then turn the front screw clockwise or anti-clockwise to shift the position of the door.

When complete, you need to tighten the rear screw to lock everything in position.

If you can add an image of the issue you're trying to address, I can help troubleshoot.
