How to install Mondella Resonance Pull Out Mixer?

Purchased and installed the Mondella Resonance Sink Pull Out Mixer yesterday. Noticed when I turn the tap on and then off the pull out part falls down as it is not very secure. Not sure if this is something I’ve done wrong with installation, normal or a fault?

Fixed it! The weight wasn’t in the right position

Apologies that I wasn't quick enough to get back to you. I'm glad you managed to find a solution.

I'm intrigued. Was it sitting where the hose looped back upwards so it wasn't applying downward force? Did you just have to move the weight up the hose a little bit?

If you had a photo and a bit of a description, it might come in handy if others have the same issue in the future.

Hi Jacob, thanks for the response. Yep that’s exactly what the issue was. I assumed the weight was used to stop the hose from being pulled too much and not asa weight to keep the nozzle in place. Moved it up so it’s providing downward force and fixed it!

here is an image. Before I moved it, the weight was on the right hand side of the tube so wasnt applying downward force on it enough to keep the nozzle in place after it’s been pulled out. I moved it to the left side and it fixed the issue!
