How to install a pull-out cutlery tray?

Hi all

We have recently redone the kitchen bench but had to sacrifice a cutlery pull out draw to fit the disshwasher.

There is a side cupboard on the right with lots of room which I feel would be the best place for a pull out cutlery draw but I am not sure where to start.

Is there anything purchased off the shelf  from Bunnings which would do the job and if so how difficult would it be to install with my basic DYI skills.

Thanks very much for any comments or suggestions.

Tim

Re: how to install pull out cutlery tray

Hi @timln,

You could potentially use a Kaboodle 450mm Metal Sided Soft Close Drawer to hold your cutlery tray. You'll need to position it in the cabinet so the door hinges don't foul its operation. It's 80mm high, so you might just squeeze it in above the top hinge.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Re: how to install pull out cutlery tray

Thanks Mitchell, will check it out.

Would I need to buy runners for it to sit on as well? Do Bunnings have them?

Thanks

Tim

Re: how to install pull out cutlery tray

The runners are concealed within the edge of the drawer @timln; no need to buy them separately.
