I am planning to install a new fixed rangehood pretty soon as the old one is beyond cleaning.
Current rangehood dimensions are;
And the height from the stove is around 60cm.
I was thinking to go with a fixed one as I think it would be more efficient but, my options are limited due to the duct sizing. Current rangehood states that it is 125mm (bit of a weird size) but probably 120mm. Is that something that I can upgrade myself perhaps to 150mm? Not sure where the duct is going, but probably through the roof. Thanks!
Hello @mmyagkiy
The Bellini 60cm Slide Out Rangehood White Finish with S/S Fascia and the Bellini 60cm Retractable Rangehood White Finish With Stainless Steel Fascia are very close to the measurements that you currently have and both of these units have a 120mm outlet for the ducting. This means that these units will work with your existing ducting. The Kleenmaid 60cm Recirculating Venting Slide Out Rangehood is also very similar and has the same sized ducting outlet but will need to be specially ordered.
Some of these rangehoods are on display at your local store, I suggest going for a visit and double checking the measurements before you decide on which unit to purchase.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade ducting size from 120mm to 150mm at all?
Hi @mmyagkiy,
Yes, you can do so with the use of a Blauberg 150/125mm Duct Reducer.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
