I haven't been able to find any videos that are specific to that venting kit; however, there is this video from our supplier Deks, which uses a similar roof flashing and is more or less what you would need to do.
In saying this, due to the risks involved with falls from a roof and the potential for leakages if installed incorrectly, it is likely worth having a roofing plumber install this for you.
