How to install wall cabinets?

Hi All,

Need to install wall cabinets

got stud in odd place,

Is that ok to use Oak DAR to attach to the main wall then place cabinet use as DAR as stud?

any alternative material to use instead of DAR

I tend to over engineer things and therefore suggest using 70 x 35mm Framing MGP10 H2 Blue Pine 2.4m. My best advice is to use two rails one at the top and bottom for a secure anchor. Make sure to anchor the timber rail to as many studs as possible.
