How to paint kitchen cupboards?

Can I paint my kitchen cupboards? They are a high gloss moulded lamenting, not sure what it’s called. 
if I can paint them, will they look good or am I better off to buy new cupboard fronts?

Yes, you can paint your laminated gloss doors, the most important part of the painting process is the preparation of the doors. I suggest having a look at this guide - How To Paint Laminate Kitchen Cabinetry. The general steps are to remove and tag the door parts to make sure they don't get mixed up. The doors themselves will need to be wiped down and sanded to prepare the surface. The door is then wiped clean and prepared for the painting process. I recommend looking at the Dulux Renovation Range as it has a paint system for benchtops, cabinet doors and kitchen tiled splashbacks.
