Generally, I would suggest using Zenith 8G x 20mm Countersunk Rib Head Chipboard Screws - 45 Pack. But it would be best to check the thickness of your panel before you finalize your choice in screws. Does the magnetic strip have screw holes for mounting? If not, you might need to use an adhesive to mount the magnetic strip to your wall panel.
