Unfortunately, burn marks in stone can be particularly troublesome to remove.
Start by giving it a clean with Hillmark Stone Kleen And Protect Marble Granite Cleaner to see if it will remove any of the staining. You could also try a cream cleaner such as Jif.
If these options don't work, unfortunately, it's likely you will have to contact a stone benchtop specialist for their assistance, as the solution will likely involve sanding and polishing the stone, which I wouldn't recommend you attempt yourself.

The products I would suggest have all been mentioned by @JacobZ and @JoeAzza 🙂 I havnt had a chance to try removing marks like those from stone before but if I had to try then the above products I would give a go.

i used baking soda but nothing much happened hut when i used toothpaste and scrub it with tooth brush, to my surprise the whole burn stain mark come out and bench top looks clean as new

I wonder what brand of toothpaste it was O:)
I used Sensodyne toothpaste and an old toothbrush to scrub.
my wife told me not to use this toothpaste because its expensive lol.
