How to remove stains from hybrid floor?

Hi

My hybrid floor has stains that I am not able to get rid of.

Please suggest what should i use?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your Hybrid flooring.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the surface finish of your hybrid flooring has been damaged permanently. Something has been applied to its surface and has stripped the colour off the laminate surface. Although the surface pattern has not been melted away it has bleached the colour right off. I'm afraid no amount of cleaning or polishing will restore the surface colour. If you are not prepared to replace the damaged panels, I suggest covering it in the meantime with Crystal Velvet 200x300cm Heirloom Rug.

Once you've gathered enough resources you can then remove the damaged panels and install new ones.
