i have a 60mm hole wdrilled into the white malamine board at the base of my kitchen cupboard. is there such a thing as a white stick on patch piece which i can purchase?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about a melamine patch board.
I suggest looking at the Kinetic 295 x 210mm White Flat Self-Adhesive Cover Plate and the Kinetic 50mm White Oval Adhesive Cover Plate. Both these repair plates have self-adhesive backing and can be cut down with a craft knife to cover any damage on your cupboard. My best advice is to wipe the surface of the melamine board with DIGGERS 125ml Isopropyl Alcohol - 125ml and a paper towel to remove any grease or oil contamination on the melamine surface.

Cover patch
I’ve just used a piece of this one (you can score and snap it) but it is translucent not solid white so you will still see the hole beneath and anything likely to stick to it if that matters. Otherwise it’s sturdy, actually a sheet a of stick on plastic and did the job where I needed it.
