What are these pieces included with a Mondella mixer tap?

The instructions don’t show how this part goes together,can anyone help me out please

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Markryan61. It's splendid to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about Mondella mixer taps.

That's a flow restrictor to achieve the litres per min for the product's Wells rating. The restrictor is placed inside the copper bushing, and it is then screwed onto the cold water threaded pipe coming out of your wall or wall tap. Thread tape must be applied to the wall fitting or tap before screwing on the bushing. Your mixer hoses then get attached to the bushing.

If it came with two copper bushings one is for the hot and the other one is for the cold threaded hose.
