We have a device which we think is one of these:
https://www.bunnings.com.au/click-nightguard-mini-rechargeable-nightlight_p0134238
although ours looks slightly different (it doesn't have the separate part on the back which the one in the picture has).
It belonged to my late mother, and I don't know how to recharge the power. There's no obvious place to plug in a charger, or to open it up.
Hi @Heather_,
The separate part on the back of the Click Nightguard light is actually the charging base. These units usually have a section that plugs directly into a power outlet. The handheld light then sits in that base like a cradle, which recharges the internal battery while it’s docked.
If your version doesn’t have that separate base piece, it might be missing the charging cradle, meaning there’s no way to recharge it directly. You could check if there’s a small round or rectangular port (such as micro USB) somewhere on the light itself, but most of these models rely on the cradle for charging. Would the cradle be plugged into a power outlet somewhere around the home?
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
Thank you! I found a charging cradle and seems to be recharging. Thanks for your help.
