How to assemble Artiss timber bedframe?

I've just purchased an Artiss Timber bed frame from Bunnings Marketplace and the assembly instructions are not very clear. Has anyone else ever assembled one of these or do you know of a YouTube video that would help.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble assembling your bed frame. Your bedframe came with a docket and a delivery sticker attached to the packaging. This will contain the email and phone number of Artiss. If you have a specific question about the assembly, I suggest giving their customer service team a call or sending them an email. I've had a look and can't find any tutorial videos on how to assemble Artiss bedframes.  

However, if you can show us which part of the assembly process you are having trouble with, we'll try our best to help you sort it out.
