How to buy and install plantation shutters?

The windows at my house have different dimensions as follows:

1. Livingroom: 

• Left: 2384 x 1172
• Centre: 2385 x 1170
• Right: 2384 x 1172
•  
• 2. Bedroom 1:
• Left: 1186 x 572
• Centre: 1187 x 571
• Right: 1187 x 571

How do I buy the plantation shutters with different dimensions from the marketplace and install them?
