I am looking for ideas on how to insulate a part of a window that is fixed and does not open (shown in the picture below). I have come across some solutions here where window sealing mechanism is mentioned but the one that we have does not need that as its perfectly sealed. However, it does not stop the heat from going out. This is a high rose, so the outer part of the window is not accessible.
I have come across some options like covering the whole glass with bubble wrap (https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-06-23/diy-window-insulation-tips-draught-proofing-winter-cold-house/101173968), unsure how effective that is or if there is a better solution.
