Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
The basic process is to sand or scrape the holes so they are flat, apply a patch if necessary, coat with a filler compound, sand, prime and paint.
This handy guide on How to Fix a Hole in the Wall has all the info you'll need to fix up these holes.
You will be fine to just prepare, then fill the holes at the top; the larger holes at the bottom are going to require a patch.
