I'm going to use wall patches and spak fills to repair these holes. I took all the protective covers off the other day. As you can see there are still wiring and chords within the walls that need to be taken care of by an electrician. Can I do the repairs or do I need to wait till the electrician has removed everything?
Hi @Innov8tive,
You’ll need to hold off on repairing those holes until the electrician has removed the outlets and properly terminated the wiring inside the wall. That way, you won’t risk covering over live cables, which could cause problems later on.
Just a quick reminder on electrical safety, too. It’s always best to avoid working on or handling electrical outlets yourself, even things like pulling them out and tucking them into the wall, as there’s still a serious risk of electrocution. Once the electrician has done their part, you’ll be all set to go ahead with patching and filling.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

I definitely will hold off and not touch anything in that space until the electrician has been. Thanks for the reminder on safety!
