Hi - I got aircond installation happened yesterday at my place for 3 internal unit. I got few concern. The internal unit conduit and cover seems to be not properly fit and it seems to be very big conduit and with gap in the hole. Same for other 2 internal unit. The other issue is the water pump outlet to outdoor. shouldnt it cover with conduit to avoid damage in the pump that goes into the wall brick? They said they will be back and fix. Im concern that if they didnt come back and fix - can i fix myself and how do i do it?
Hello @calccom21
At the moment you will have to trust the installer to come back as the job is technically under warranty. It is possible to repair it with materials from the store. But if you touch it now your installation warranty will be void as you were not suppose to alter the parts. If they promised to return, make sure to ask what day and if they don't show up call the installation company and follow up the installation schedule.

Thanks. Can i know if it should have conduit going through the wall? Or is it normal just the pump? So I can tell the guy
Hello @calccom21
Your installer will be installing your aircon unit along with its conduits according to specific rules and regulations along with the aircon manufacturers suggested installation methods. I propose asking your installer if a conduit will still be necessary for your aircon installation.
