How do I fix carpet fraying (carpet to tile). What sort of transition strip is best to fix this?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your carpet.
After looking carefully at your photo, I believe there is a low-profile transition piece already in place. If you were to replace it, this existing piece will need to be removed. I propose using either the Roberts 1.65m Silver Senior Ramp Floating Floor Trim or the Roberts 0.825m Pewter Hammered Cover Strip Trim. These trims are made to go over solid surface and carpet.
