Any advice on how can I fix this on the study table. I think the laminate is chipped.
Hi @Rebeccno,
It does look like the laminate has chipped off, but there are a couple of quick and simple options you can try to improve the appearance.
One easy method is to use a WaxStix which is a repair wax crayon. These are designed to fill in chips and scratches on timber or laminate surfaces. Just choose a colour that closely matches your table, rub/melt the wax into the chipped area, and then smooth it off with a plastic scraper. It won’t be a perfect repair, but it’s fast and very effective at disguising minor damage.
Alternatively, you could try filling the chipped area with a colour-matched timber putty. Once dry, lightly sand it smooth and apply a coat of clear varnish to help restore the sheen and blend it in with the rest of the surface. This method takes a little more time but can give a more durable and seamless result.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you, Mitchell. I will gp with option 2. That way I fix it as well as varnish the table.
