Can you please tell us a little bit more about what's going on with your door. Is the handle refusing to turn? Is the latch permanently stuck and refuses to go down? Is the door hitting the door frame and refusing to budge? Any extra information you can tell us will will help in figuring out what could be causing your door to malfunction.
