How can we fix the hole in the floor of our dining room? It started as a crack and now it looks like this! There are bits under neath that are not tile that move when touching them.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your tile.
I suggest using Earl's 500g Concremate Expanding Cement in combination with a Pro Renovator 50mm Plastic Scraper. However, before you repair your tile, I suggest removing all the small broken pieces that are inside. Once it's nice and clean slowly fill the hole with the filler. Please make sure to let the filler cure properly before stepping on it.
