The blind is not sliding till the end and the plastic part on the rail is broken. Should I replace the whole blind or I can somehow fix it with a spare part.

Would it be possible for you to post a picture of the damage to your blind. This will give our members a better idea of has happened to it. We can then make recommendations if it can still be repaired, or it needs to be replaced.
