Hope all well.
I have attached damage pic to wall due to curtain rod that needs to be fixed. Perhaps my toddler pulled the curtain. How can I fix it and reinstall curtain rod at same place?
I have young kids who loves playing with curtains. I am having similar issue for other walls though with slight contact with wall.
How can I avoid such things happening in future ?

shall i be using Zenith 10G x 50mm Zinc Plated Countersunk Head Wood Screws - 15 Pack. for curtain track end bracket as seen in pic as well ?
Hello @softkun123
Yes, I suggest using the Zenith 10G x 50mm Zinc Plated Countersunk Head Wood Screws for the curtain track end bracket. Please remember that you'll need two curtain rods for that angled installation.

Thanks @EricL @MitchellMc
Can using longer screws size (60mm or 70mm instead of 50mm) make any difference Zenith 10G x 60mm Zinc Plated Countersunk Head Wood Screws or Zenith 10G x 70mm Zinc Plated Countersunk Head Wood Screws ?
Also what is a pilot hole drill size suggested for 10G 50/60/70mm?
In another curtain rod in bedroom .... If installing DAR pine along the top of window and securing into several studs with screws and then attaching brackets to this timber beam .... what screws are suggested for this ?
Also one rod is longer approx 3.3m. So can i use 2 DAR pine 2.4m and 1m adjoining/close to each other for longer curtain rods? would this work?
Hello @softkun123
Using longer screws should be ok, just make sure not to use anything shorter than 50mm. I suggest using a 3.5mm drill bit to drill pilot holes for your screws.
