I am trying to install a window kit for this type of window at my rental house. The window opens outwards horizontally and it is divided into 3 panes. Please suggest me what I can do for this.
Hi @nigya,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
It's not really an ideal scenario, but I think we can work out a solution.
My suggestion would be to grab a sheet of corflute that is large enough to fully cover the top windowpane, because there is less hardware to contend with.
You can cut a hole in the coreflute to attach the air conditioner hose to, ensuring that the tunnels in the corflute are running vertically, using a utility knife. Please ensure you wear the relevant protective equipment such as gloves and long protective clothing while working with knives as there is always a risk of laceration.
Once the aircon hose is in place, you can use insulation tape to help hold it in place and block up the gaps.
You can then use the same insulation tape to stick the bottom edge of the corflute to the top edge of the central windowpane and the top edge of the corflute to the top of the top windowpane before sealing up the left and right edges.
This should hold you in good standing over the warmer months and would still allow you to operate the bottom window to let air in when the air conditioner is not needed. Upon removal, the tape may leave some residue, but this should be easy enough to remove with some adhesive remover and a Plastic Scraper.

Good Afternoon @nigya
I was thinking of using some plywood to do the same
Tho think @JacobZ 's answer is a lot easier to manage as needed.
Id be tempted to connect the exit hose to the bottom window tho mainly as less hose weight to contend with.
We have used this type of scenerio before when emergency cooling our sever room at work. Keep an eye on the exhaust hoses temperture is the only other caution I can add.

Hi @nigya,
I will suggest a combo setup.
Bottom window removed and replaced with plywood panel and the middle section is cutout for corflute.
Plywood panel is secured from the outside with brad nails.
Before installing check the duct size hole and jigsaw cutout.
Follow the instructions to install the ducting.
Cheers
