How to paint plastic table?

i want to paint this table.its not wood..its something like plastic and PV type..

any one guide me how to paint it and what paint

If you suspect that it has a PVC finish, I suggest engaging the services of a professional painter. They will have the knowledge and equipment to paint that special portion of your table properly. Testing what paint will work on the PVC surface might result in an undesirable finish or it just might peel off. I recommend not to take chances with this project and leave it to the professionals.
