How to replace air vent grille?

I'm just wanting to replace this air vent grille in the hallway.

I'm assuming it just would snap off and the new one would snap in.

Does Bunnings have one similar to this preferably just the one grille instead of divided into four sections?

I suggest carefully removing the vent just in case you need to re-use it. I recommend bringing the vent to the store so that you can match it with the new one to make sure that it will fit in the ceilings cut away. But if you can't find a similar vent, I suggest having a look at this discussion - Painted discoloured heater vents by @Jimi. It's an excellent method to revamp old plastic vents.

Thanks alot for that. I will attempt very carefully trying to remove it without causing damage to the ceiling and make an assessment from there.
