Painting steel powder coated / fibreboard surfaces

I’m looking to paint the two IKEA items below in a light green colour. What primer, sanding paper and paint would I need? And any tips / techniques for getting a good finish, please?

1) Coat rack

- Basematerial/ Shelf/ Bar: Steel, Powder coating - Top panel: Fibreboard, Acrylic paint

2) Mirror

Frame: Aluminium (min. 70% recycled), Anodized
