BBQ revamp using recycled wood

Bbq revamp using upcycled wood from the original design plus 100% bunnings products.

Replace existing framework with treated structural pine. Marine ply panels painted Black Ace. Exterior dar cut to size and painted lexicon quarter, screwed and glued onto the marine ply.

Build doors/gas bottle storage area and bench for the bbq to sit on from the original merbau timber.

Tiled feature splashback are a black hexagon mosaic and white grout with a painted white trim.

Bench tops either side of the Matador Edge bbq are marble look pavers from bunnings cut to size.

What a stunning transformation and fresh new look. The new splashback and feature panelling are fabulous, and those marble-look tiles are sensational. You've really tied everything together nicely into a simply wonderful outdoor space.
