Can I return my gas bottle after removing the seal?

Hi there,

Yesterday I did a swap and go at my local bunnings in Sunbury and realised after getting home that the bottle had the old POL connector and not the new LCC127 which I cannot use with my Gozney Roccbox pizza oven.

I have already removed the Swap & Go seal, is there anyway these can be swapped over? and given I have not used them obviously do not want to be charged.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community Sam (@sgw86). It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about swapping gas bottles.

I wouldn't have thought swapping the bottle for the correct type would be an issue. Since it's hard to determine whether it's an LCC127 valve with the seal on, I don't believe it is unreasonable to remove it to check.

I'm sure our team at the store will look after you, but if you run into difficulties, I suggest explaining the issue to a manager. I trust they'll do their best to assist.
