Can I use H3 structural Pine for outdoor table top?

Bought this for making an outdoor table top since the dimensions were going to work well for my project https://www.bunnings.com.au/140-x-35mm-outdoor-framing-h3-treated-pine-3-6m_p8032245

Started taking a look at what to get to sand and stain it, since I want to flatten the surface and make it a darker colour. But then saw some comments on here saying you shouldn't sand it due to the chemicals in H3 treated pine? Have I goofed up and bought the wrong wood for the job? What are my options here?
