can the arlec outdoor led flood lights have the lead taken off and be hard wired into the house ?

Hardwiring any plug-in 240v floodlight is something you would need to consult a licensed electrician about. Personally, I would get the electrician to install an external power outlet next to where the floodlight is to be positioned and plug it in. In the future, if the light ever fails you can simply remove it yourself and install another one without requiring an electrician.
