Can you get replacement tips for Tactix bluetooth ear buds?

Hi, I have the tactiix Bluetooth noise isolating earbuds (BUN488135)

these are great for listening to music whilst gardening but the tips are starting to get pretty rough. The manual says to speak to place of purchase but I couldn’t find any on your website.

are you able to still buy replacement tips through Bunnings? Or advise where I can buy them?

As this would be treated as a spare part, it would not be listed as a standalone item for purchase on our website.

There should be no issues in getting some for you. My suggestion is to contact your local store's Special Orders desk so they can place a spare parts order for you.
