Is it ok to use color bond flashing on polycarbonate roofing. So the color bond is 150 x150 90% angle. One side will be screwed into timber pergola the other part to sit on top of polycarbonate roof an screwed down ?

I can't see any reason why you couldn't use Colorbond flashing on a polycarbonate roof. Were there any particular concerns you had that we might be able to address?
