Capping used under JH Cladding in Façade

Is this acceptable in façade? Capping used under JH Cladding in Façade. My plan does not have this capping in elevation ☹

Builder told they finished the rendering part first before installing this JH cladding.

Now they installed this JH Cladding but I can see capping added below which does not looks good.

Whether the capping used under JH Cladding in the façade is acceptable depends on whether it meets building codes, which can only be determined through investigation by a private assessor. If the construction adheres to code but you find the appearance unappealing, it becomes a matter of personal preference. You should discuss this with your builder to see if there are alternative ways to achieve your desired look.
