Does Ryobi 36V 46cm Brushless Lawn Mower 4.0Ah Kit have mulching?

If you have the Ryobi 36V 46cm Brushless Lawn Mower 4.0Ah Kit RLM36X46BL, it does not come with a mulch plug. But if you have the Ryobi 36V Brushless 46cm Lawn Mower 4.0Ah Kit R36LMW24, this unit comes with a mulch plug. Can the RLM36X46BL use a mulch plug? There is no mention of it in the manual, and it only refers to it not having one, Ryobi does not give an explanation as to why.
