In this particular situation, I suggest engaging the services of a professional. They will have the knowledge, experience and materials necessary to strip your floor sealer safely and properly.
There are methods of stripping the sealer off your tiles, by using a chemical stripper, but it is an involved messy process. You can also use mechanical means but there is a high chance of damaging the surface of the tiles.
