How do we get a Form 15 for Bunnings pool fence and gates?

We have used the ProtectorAI 2400 x 1200mm monument colour fence panels and gates. Century Pools said we need a Form 15 for our pool inspection sign-off. Do we need photos of it? Where can we get this completed form from? We didn’t know we had to acquire this document? Thankyou in advance - we apparently can’t book the inspection until Bunnings provide this form?

Hi Mitchell Thankyou so much. Here is additional info I also found, hope this helps others. If you just go to their website it can be confusing where to get the form. There is a ‘compliance hub’ that you go to. You then Complete some simple info in yourself and generate the document. It is 160 pages ling. You only need to email this to your certified, you don’t need to print it. I did, however, print pages 1-5 just for reference purposes. It can be a confusing process. This Form 15 is a different one that your pool supplier provides. Bunnings is just the onseller, the Form 15 must come from the manufacturer of the product. The pool company incorrectly advised we had to get it from Bunnings. If you search Form 15 on the Bunnings site you can see one - but - it really shouldn’t be there - it is for a style of mirror. Do not download this one, it should really be removed. You need a Form 15 for each type of product so if you have a glass panel for your pool and the ProtectorAL - you need two Form 15s - one that certified each product. Thankyou again Mitchell.
