Hi, is it safe to attach the back wall of my small garden shed to the garage wall which is Hebel?

A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community and thank you for your question.
Unfortunately, it's not the best idea because you will be creating a space where water can become trapped against the wall, which can cause problems over time.
You are much better off attaching the base of your shed to a small concrete slab using DynaBolts.
