Could you share some photos of the area? It might help members to see what you are working with. It also might assist if you can tell us anything you have previously tried, such as using a pressure washer.

Thanks for sharing your question regarding Pebble Tex. Would this surface be equivalent to pebblecrete? If not, then it's definitely something we'll have to see. A photo would be a big help and will allow our members to assess the surface condition. We can then make recommendations on how to proceed.
