Could you provide a little more detail about the door for our members? If you’re able to upload some images of the rollers that would be really helpful too, as different brands and models often use different methods for removal. Once we can see the type of roller you have, we’ll be able to guide you through how to remove it and suggest a suitable replacement. Let me know if you need a hand uploading the images.
