my kreepy krauly stopped moving . checked pump, filters, vacuum head - all fine. Narrowed it down to the 10m hose, which is only 2 months old. No punctures in it. Borrowed a hose to test and the vacuum runs fine, so there must be a partial blockage inside the hose.
I have golden cane palms surrounding the pool and the long thin fronds can get stuck in the vacuum and clump up if there's enough of them.
Any ideas to clear the debris inside the hose?
I have tried flushing with water but no luck.
Hi @filthy,
With a bit of physical agitation alongside the water, running water through the hose should clear any blockage.
Can you push the garden hose down the hose? Or is the diameter too narrow?
It should, in theory, be long enough to physically push a blockage out, and if I am thinking of the hose correctly, they are fairly wide in terms of diameter.
Alternatively, assuming you can disconnect the hose from the pool cleaner, you could push a DETA 5m Fibreglass Fishing Tape down the hose from each end.
Let me know what you think.

I'll try push the garden hose through , pool hose is 38mm so plenty wide
