How to cut up roof sheet to take to the tip?

what are some options for me to cut up this sheet of roofing to take to the tip in smaller pieces?  I have no tools but could probably borrow some from my neighbours.

As @AlanM52 mentioned, your best options are tin snips or an angle grinder.

If your neighbour didn't have any tools you could borrow, a cheap pair of tin snips such as these Craftright 250mm Straight Cut Aviation Snips would be the most cost-effective way to cut up the sheets.

Just make sure you wear some long protective clothing and gloves, as metal sheeting can be sharp and will cause lacerations if you are not careful.
