Hi I have lytworx outdoor party pack lights (2 joined). The transformer has died how do I get a replacement? Model details in photo thank you.

Many thanks for your question about replacing power supplies.If you visit the Special Orders desk at your local Bunnings store, the team can take your details and have our Spare Parts team check availability for a replacement transformer. If your lights are still under warranty, I’d recommend bringing them, along with your proof of purchase, back to the store for an exchange.Please let me know if you have any questions.Mitchell
Hi I have now been in twice to special orders Kingsgrove they took details said they probably won't hear back but will calle in 2 days, well it's week 3 and no reply, told top busy today and come back another time. This is seriously bad service for a product only 3 years old and that cost $140. Can you provide a direct contact to the manufacturer please or advise an alternative solution. I note current lights being sold have the same transformer so it exists. Thanks Matt.

This is an imported product, so unfortunately, I couldn't put you in direct contact with the manufacturer.
If you can bear with me till tomorrow, I can get in touch with our Spare Parts team and the team at Kingsgrove to check in and get things moving.

Bunnings Kingsgrove have all details in the special order record on computer here is
1 Minorca Lights item number 0456141
2. Wi fi controller model mgsw01
3. Transformer model.number:Hsaa1220000ma.

Our Spare Parts team has gotten in touch with the supplier; they just have to check through their inventory to see if they have that transformer, as it is an older model.Please continue to bear with us, they will get back to us as soon as possible.

I have the same issue with two of my transformers. I have tried and tried so many different transformers, but the lights just flicker and barely light up. We have 3 sets, and when they are plugged into the transformer that works, they work perfectly. How am I able to please organise a replacement transformer?

I suggest calling our Spare Parts Department on 1800 772 737 or fill in the form on the website. By calling them direct they will be able to ask you all the necessary questions in regards to the transformer. This will allow them to search our inventory much faster. Plus, they'll be able to contact you directly in regards to the status of the transformer.
