How to fix Ozito mower that wont start?

ozito power exchange 18v brushless mower will not start, despite using a fully charged battery, need assistance please to point in the right direction to fix so I can mow my lawns 😊

Considering the battery is fully charged and the mower is not starting, it seems like there is an issue with the mower.

I'd suggest bringing it to your local Bunnings store for assessment. The team will be able to check over things and assist.

If you still have the receipt and it was purchased in the last 5 years, it is likely covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you don't have the receipt, but you can locate a bank record of the purchase, a manager at the store of purchase will be able to assist you with finding the receipt.

I’ve had it a number of years now so I’ll check to make sure, I did take the cover and was surprised at the amount of debris inside everywhere. I blew it out and pulled connections apart and pushed them back together to ensure of clear connections. Unfortunately, whilst it’s now very clean, there’s still nothing from the motor.

If you've run through all the basic trouble shooting steps, I suggest bringing it into the store along with your proof of purchase as @JacobZ has suggested.
