I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to fix cracks on rendered wall? by @Pramitha. I suspect that there is a leak in your stormwater pipe and is affecting this section of the house as seen in the cracks in your wall and the separation of the concrete base from the house. Unless this is addressed fixing the render will be a wasted effort as the cracks will appear again as soon as the wall starts to move.

before repair I would agree with @EricL in contacting a local engineer to first establish the cause as there appears to be quite a lot of significant breaks.
